We select our staff for their experience, dedication and enthusiasm for working with young children. Many of our staff are well-qualified, early years professionals, while others are in the early stages of their careers, working towards childcare qualifications. We invest in regular training courses to keep all staff informed and up to date. This means that they work to the highest professional standards, bringing new ideas based on the latest thinking back to the nursery, and giving your child the best possible care and education.

We have taken every care to produce a healthy and varied menu, not just the main meals but for snack times as well. We cater for all dietary, medical and lifestyle requirements, offering a healthy alternative, if necessary and also have experience of dealing with children who have allergies. The menu is changed every quarter and we encourage you and your children to be involved with this. A questionnaire is sent home for you to complete and we discuss likes and dislikes in nursery with older children.

Toddler

Ages 2 to 3

Our 2-3's room offers education and care for children up to the pre-school stage. Many of our children move into the pre-school room as this offers them consistency with their education and a smooth transition with other children they have built relationships with reducing the anxiety of moving into school at an early age.

Pre-school

Ages 3+

Our pre-school room offers education and care for children aged from 3-5 years old. We have regular, consistent practitioners working in the room. We also have specialist teaching staff who work alongside children with additional needs.

Sensory

All Ages

We have a specially designed sensory room with a variety of equipment. We can focus on particular senses such as feel, vision, sound, taste, smell, which is especially useful when a child has a specific difficulty. It allows the child to relax in a safe environment supporting their therapy and learning.
